1"Arms to the front—ONE!"Raise arms to shoulder height, palms facing down.
2"Arms upward—TWO!"Swing arms vertically in a smooth arc. Reach high without shrugging the shoulders. Palms remain facing each other.
3"Arms to the front—THREE!"Lower arms back to the horizontal position. Maintain a rigid frame; do not let the arms "bounce" at the bottom.
4"Position of attention—FOUR!"Snap hands down to the sides instantly. Fingers should be closed and aligned with the seam of the trousers.
