Trunk Twisting with Arms Sideward
"Arms sideward—ONE!" In one sharp motion, snap both arms out to the sides at shoulder height. Keep elbows locked straight and fingers pressed together. Palms face exactly toward the ground.
"Trunk twist (Left/Right)—TWO!" Maintain the straight arms at shoulder height and the flat palm position. Twist the trunk maximally from the waist to the designated side. Feet remain fixed. Do not bend the knees or drop the arms. Keep eyes on the furthest hand.
"Back to center—THREE!" With control, return the trunk to the center facing forward. Ensure the arms remain perfectly horizontal and parallel to the floor, palms still facing down.
"Position of attention—FOUR!" Drop both arms instantly and sharply to the sides of the body. Return to the classic standing attention position. The movement should be powerful, as if striking the thighs.
