Step 1:
Raise arms to shoulder height, palms facing toward the ground, jump feet apart
Step 2:
Clap hands over the head, feet close together
Step 3:
Return arms to shoulder height, palms facing toward the ground, jump feet apart
Step 4:
Return to attention position - feet close together, hands by sides
